CreditClarity

Upload, read once, explain. Nothing kept afterward.

Credit Clarity has one job: take the CBS report you already have and tell you, in plain sentences, what each part of it means. Here's exactly what happens to your report, step by step.

01

You upload your CBS report

The same PDF Credit Bureau Singapore sends you when you request your report. Nothing else is required: no bank login, no additional documents, no account history typed in by hand.

02

We process it, then discard it

Your report is read once, by an automated process, to generate your explanation. The file itself and its contents are not retained afterward. This is a process-and-discard model: your report passes through the system, it is not filed away.

03

You get a plain-English explanation

Every grade, status code, and record on your report is explained in ordinary sentences: what it means, and where CBS's own rules define how long it stays visible. No recommendations, no predictions about approval, no score-improvement claims. Just what the terms mean.

What "process and discard" means in practice

Handing a financial document to an unfamiliar tool is a reasonable thing to be wary of. This is what we do, and don't do, with the report itself.

01

We read your report once

The report content is used to generate your explanation and is not kept in storage after that explanation is produced.

02

We don't verify the underlying report

CBS is the sole authoritative source for what's on your report. Credit Clarity explains what's there; it does not check the report's accuracy or dispute anything on your behalf.

03

Feedback details are handled separately

If you leave your name or email on the Feedback page, it's stored only so we can reply to you. That's separate from report handling, which is process-and-discard. See the legal and disclaimer page for the full data policy.

The boundary between explaining and advising

This is a deliberate limit, not a missing feature. Everything below is out of scope by design.

01

No financial advice

Credit Clarity does not tell you what to do about your report. It is not a MAS-licensed financial adviser.

02

No approval predictions

We don't predict how any lender will assess an application. A risk grade or status code explanation is not a forecast of a future decision.

03

No score-improvement claims

We don't tell you how to raise a score or recommend steps to take. That framing is outside what an explanation tool should claim.

04

No product recommendations

Credit Clarity doesn't recommend loans, cards, or any other financial product, and isn't paid by any lender to do so.

05

No dual-report comparison (yet)

Comparing two reports over time is a future paid tier and is not part of the product described here.
